If you are having trouble posting to your Facebook page, please check your Social Account Connections. You may have it connected to an old POP account. Sometimes old customer accounts are forgotten, and they may have the Facebook account connected to it that you would like to use through your Social Account Connection.

When you have your Facebook account attached to one POP account, you will not be able to add it to another POP account until you disconnect it.

You can check your Social Account Connections by following these steps:


1) Click on the profile icon in the top right corner. Then click on Profile.



2) On the bottom of your Profile page, click on Social Account Connections. (Do Not Cancel Account)

3) This is what it t will look like if you do not have any other accounts connected. 

4) This is what you will see if you have an account connected.

If you see the wrong account, click on the bubble by the Facebook page and then click on Remove.


If you have your account attached to a different POP account, you will need to log into that account, and disconnect the Social Account Connections on that account, then log back into your new account and connect them this way.
