A customer does not need an account to claim items through PopItUp. They may shop as a guest. However, if they would like to keep a history of their orders, have the system track which sale and consultant they claimed from, or have their claim forms auto-fill with their information, an POP account is necessary. If they do have an account, remember the customer must be signed into their account before they claim for the system to track their claims.
